Air preheaters are needed in most steam generating plants to heat the combustion air and enhance the combustion process.
Serving as a steam trap, it helps to collect flue gas and uses its waste heat from the steam to increase the boiler efficiency.

Our economizers will help reduce energy consumption. The economizer helps to recover extra energy by capturing waste heat from boiler flue gas and transfers it into boiler feed water, raising the temperature of the boiler feedwater so that it can lower the needed energy input, thus increasing boiler thermal efficiency. It will also help reduce the potential of thermal shock and strong water temperature fluctuations as the feed water enters the drum.

As the name implies, the superheater reheat the saturated steam to provide better higher energy steam utilizing het from the boiler.
At Boilermech, depending on the usage, function and space availability, we are able to design,
manufacture and install 2 different types of superheaters, convective or radiant type.

Our superheater design is to provide minimal pressure drop and to ensure long lasting operation.
The design takes account of the fuel characteristic with particularly spacing of the tubes to prevent slagging or ash accumulation.
