Fractionating dust collector system
Boilermech supplies a fractionating dust collector system which utilises a highly efficient cyclone to treat the partially withdrawn concentrated floating fine dust particles that are found in the primary dust collector’s hopper top section. This additional layer of protection reduces the chance of fine dust escaping into the discharge channel, thus ensuring the primary dust collector operates at its highest catch efficiency.
Electrostatic Precipitator
Boilermech can incorporate electrostatic precipitators into our current systems in order to significantly reduce the environmental impact of operations. The strength of the electrostatic precipitator lies in its ability to handle large volumes of gas, at elevated temperatures if necessary, with a reasonably small pressure drop, while removing particles in the micrometer range.
