Moving Floor Fuel Handling System
The moving floor is an integral part of the boiler’s fuel handling system. The moving floor receives, stores and delivers fuel through the use of heavy duty, hydraulic operated ladder-shaped bars at the bottom of the fuel storage cubicle. These bars work in conjunction with external elevator conveyors to deliver the fuel into the boiler’s feeder system.
Burner
Boilermech supplies a number of different burner systems, though we specialise in biogas burners which act as auxiliary firing devices in biomass fired boilers. These biogas burners are most suitable for palm oil mills with add-on biogas plants. Our burners come with gas control valve stations and combustion management systems.
